Looking to share a single-family home with just one other person. Don’t want a house full of people; tried that before and I always end up being the maid cleaning up others mess. Hate that.

Last place I lived the person’s kid got arrested for selling drugs on property and they were evicted next day. Spent the rest of my savings on hotels.
