Professional Grad Student/IT seeking a room in The Woodlands/Spring (Female-only household) Hi everyone! I’m looking for a private room to rent in The Woodlands or Spring area, ideally starting in mid august . A bit about me: I’m a quiet, professional, and tidy individual. I work remote and am currently completing my Master’s degree. I keep a low-key, respectful schedule and prioritize a clean, peaceful living environment. I am a non-smoker, rarely host, and take great pride in maintaining a clean home. What I’m looking for: A room in a female-only household. A private room, ideally with a private or semi-private bathroom. Access to a kitchen for meal prep. My target budget is $ 700 - $900 per month (including utilities preferred).
