My current roommate is moving out within the next couple of months and my lease ends in January. New roommate could either re-lease with me or we could move to a new complex. (If re-leasing I would have my apartment complex renovate the apartment top to bottom.)

Currently living in Columbia MD, total split cost for my apartment that is in the best complex in the area (in my opinion) is estimated around 1100 (Includes rent, internet, electric, and water/sewage) for a 2 bed 1.5 bath, that has washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC.

I’m a friendly open-minded nerd, that will spend most of his time in his room or cooking in the kitchen. I am in VA until 7pm most days but work from home two days a week. I travel to Colombia (The country) two weeks at a time a lot since my Fiancée lives there.

Expectations to set:

I will contain my mess to my room, just ask that other person does the same.

My friends will come over from time to time to drink or hang out, or we will go out to drink in DC. We are a very relaxed group.

Splitting of all bills equally for the apartment (Electric, Rent, Internet, etc.)

Willing to split cost of small stuff like Milk, Eggs, and Toilet paper.

Cool with weed, and drinking, prefer to keep cigarette smoking out of the apartment.
