My name is Orkhan Alibayli. I’m originally from Baku, Azerbaijan. I speak four languages. I am fluent in English, Russian, Turkish and Azeri. I am proficient in Persian and am interested in learning Spanish.

I will start working in a hospital as an RN in mid-February. I’ll also be enrolled in continuing education while at work. My work schedule is five days on. While at work, I will be on 12-hour shifts. Resting and sleep are very important to me. So a quiet environment is ideal. Lastly, a location near the hospital (Medstar Washington Hospital) would be perfect (around Union Market).

I am looking for a private furnished/unfurnished bedroom, private bathroom, and kitchen use. My budget is 1300/ month. Ideally, I would like to share a space with just one additional person. I’m available for a period of six months up to one year. I am independent, meticulous, and neat. You will find me very respectful of both private and shared space. I like being social, but I also require my privacy and downtime.

I have lived and worked in the U.S. for ten years. I am a legal resident, mainly in Miami, Florida, though I recently graduated from Johns Hopkins Nursing School in Baltimore. I am gay and 33 years old. I’m currently in a committed long-distance relationship. I live in Miami and can Facetime if that is an option for the showing.
