I work full time (overtime) sometimes 6-7 days a week 10-15 hr days. I’m looking for a space for rent to sleep and keep some of my belongings. I am friendly and social but can keep to myself and stay quiet. Clean and courteous and respectful of privacy and space. Family man w/ wife and kids but will be renting alone and visiting outside the rental. Spend most my free time at the gym or with my kids, otherwise I’ll be working or sleeping. Stable income w/ few bills no problem paying rent on time every time. No drinking/drugs or partying. Career and family focused.
