I am a responsible, reliable, healthy young professional looking for a room to rent monthly that is (preferably) furnished and includes amenities like internet and washer/dryer. I have good communication skills and I am respectful and thoughtful when living in shared spaces. I was recently hired for a good stable full time position as a customer service rep at a therapeutic toy & playground company. Unrelated to my main source of income I am educated as a musician and that is my main passion. If you are interested, I prefer a female roommate and I would like to spend a few in person meals/coffee meets building rapport. Also I’m allergic to cats, so no cats, but dogs are cool and I’m 420 friendly even though I don’t currently partake.
