I love music and go to quite a few events (classical, EDM/electronic, 80s, some jazz, some pop, etc.). I also go to cultural events like theater, art, etc. I go tent camping several times each summer. I’m friendly, easy to get along with, caring, witty (I think), and younger than my years. I have my dog LuLu. She weighs 22 lbs and is sweet and gentle and gets along very well with cats and other dogs.

I was laid off from my IT position, so I’m in job search mode. In the meantime, I get unemployment benefits, social security, and have funds available from my IRA if I need it. I have very good to excellent credit.

I want a situation where my roommate(s) and I/me are comfortable with each other. I do spend quite a bit of time alone at home. I keep things pretty organized and clean. I have a girlfriend and an adult daughter (neither of them live with me).

I suspect my next job will be either remote or hybrid, so I’ll need room for my desk and the ability to have reasonable quietness during meetings when working from home.
