Hello! I’m Michaela, a professional and responsible female looking for a room or place to rent. I have two lovely cats named Cecil and Loca who are fixed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. Cecil is very friendly and loves pets, hugs, and people, while Loca may initially hide in my room until she’s comfortable.

Currently, I am staying with family due to a recent move to a new state. However, they are allergic to cats, which is why I’m seeking a space that can accommodate me and my cats within my budget. While I can keep them confined to my bedroom when I’m not around, it would be great if they could roam freely in the rest of the house/apartment if that’s possible.

Living with me means you can rely on me to be professional, clean, quiet, and always pay my rent on time. I have enough savings to cover both the rent and security deposit. The main reason I am looking for affordable rent is because I have a goal of buying a house within the next five years, or at least getting closer to that milestone.
