Akira

Aloha mai kāua, I’m Akira (they/them) and I’m currently in a Masters program in Library Science at UH Mānoa. I am currently renting a two bedroom apartment near Punahou School. The apartment is 780sqft on the ground floor, about 2 blocks away from the bus to UHM or an easy bike ride to campus. It is also within walking distance of downtown, I regularly walk or bike to Don Quijote or Downtown. I am looking for one person to share the apartment with, you will have your own bedroom. After splitting the rent it’ll be around 900 a month plus some utilities. I don’t have a car, but the apartment offers a parking space for 100/month. I do not have a car and use my cargo bike to get around town.

Before moving to O’ahu I lived on Maui taking care of my grandparents, so I live a relatively quiet life. I love books, obscure music, crafts, and all kinds of food. I will happily make dinner for you many nights as long as you help with grocery shopping. I have plenty of shared living experience, so I try to keep my living space tidy and support my housemates whenever I can. I’m primarily focused on my studies right now, so I live a pretty slow life.
