Hello! I’m an easy going 50yr old divorced mom of 4 kids that are 18+. They do not live with me but they will visit and possibly stay over occasionally(1 night-just for spending time with me not to live). I love dogs!! I don’t have one but I’d love the option to get one if possible. And if you have one that’s totally fine. I am allergic to cats🤧🥴. I’m extremely quiet and can keep to myself if that is preferred but I’d be happy to hang out with a roomie and get to know each other. I can cook and would love it if a roommate wanted to plan meals together to save on food costs. I like things tidy but I’m not a obsessive neat freak. Ideally I’d like a roommate that will work together to do household chores in the common areas. I’m a non- smoker and would prefer a non-smoking roommate. But I’m totally fine with cannabis or vaping. I work full time M-F 8a-5p as a Medical Assistant. I love watching football and my team is Green Bay Packers(Go Pack Go!) I love playing cards and trivia. Occasionally I’ll have a drink to wind down or socially. I’m a wine drinker but not a connoisseur…LOL. I also like liquor once in a while. I like meeting new people. I’m fine with a roommate having friends over as long as they are respectful of no excessive noise and no late nights that would make sleeping difficult during the week. I’m totally fine with a roommate having an overnight guest occasionally but if they are staying over most of the time then I’d expect them to contribute to rent and utilities(I will abide by this as well). I’m easy to talk to about anything so don’t hesitate to let me know if there’s anything on your mind.
