Hi I’m George and I’m 62 years old. I spend most of my time at work, volunteering at my church, or with my daughter and grandkids. I’m always happy to help around the house and pretty handy. I’m a simple guy that is looking for a room to rent, I have previously rented a room for 15 years but the owner has decided to sell the home and retire in Texas to be near his family. I’m clean, don’t drink or smoke (but don’t mind if others do), don’t have guests, no pets, and hardly home. Thank you for your consideration.
