I am clean, fairly quiet, and respectful of other people’s spaces and things. I don’t smoke, rarely drink, and have no pets nor intend to. I love to travel, so will probably periodically be gone on trips. I would prefer to live with a straight female who isn’t prone to excessive partying, is communicative and respectful when it comes to noise and having guests over, and cleans up after themselves.
