I work remotely from home in IT. I am also pursuing another degree in computer engineering. I try to stay busy and stay out of anyone else’s way. I was raised to be considerate of others’ needs, both voiced and unvoiced. I keep my area clean and make sure any messes made do not overflow to into anyone else’s area. I do have to make calls for my job, but it’s usually during business hours. I am moving from Colorado because the company I work for demands I be in Texas a certain amount of time. I was born in Sherman and have plenty of contacts. Winter is coming up, and I just need somewhere to hole up for about 6 or so months, while the out-of-state allowance is given. I will either be in my room, or out of the house. I am not looking to share a bathroom. I do not ever plan on bringing friends over, especially not unannounced. I do burn the midnight oil, but am OCD with how any noise I make might disturb my roommate. I need to be back in Texas before the 13th of November. I have a partner, but she lives in Colorado and will not be visiting. If she comes to visit, I will rent an airbnb.
