Greetings. I’m a professional that has recently transitioned careers and am relocating to DFW for work near I20/360. Ideally, I would like to be w/n 20m of work with traffic. Typically, I work in office Tues and Wed and from “home” Mon and Thurs if I choose to stay in town.

I’m from NE Texas and am taking a pause from house hunting to explore some areas of interest via a short term rent. I am looking for a private room and shared bath arrangement. My move date is flexible as well as my length of stay. Hopefully, the housing market options and interest rates will inprove soon. In the meantime, I’m in favor of helping someone pay off their house while I patiently wait for mine.

I’m clean and am a good cleaner as well and am somewhat handy w/ tools and quick fixes courtesy of home ownership 101 and 102 couresty of working a few reno projects.

I keep my meals and meal prep light and can provide my own appliances if needed if space/room allows. I’m a friendly and helpful person and am very comfortable being alone as well. Also note that I’m a animal lover/dog mom/foster/rescuer and this will be a sad time away from them…but if you’re open to at least a small dog let me know if I pursue a longer stay.
