Hi, I am a clean, respectful, and mature 34-year-old. I recently got my MBA and am moving back to Charlotte, NC to start my post-MBA career. My home is my zen so I am seeking a drama-free environment. I am seeking (1) a full in-law suite (full kitchen) or (2) a private room with a private bathroom. I prefer all utilities be included in the rent and W/D is either in the house or on the premises. I mostly keep to myself as my home is my zen so I am drama free. I’m looking for a flexible rent term (i.e., weekly or month-to-month) so I can confirm the environment is right before being locked into a long-term lease. I prefer living directly in Charlotte for business, networking, and quality of life reasons, but I’m open to near suburbs. My max budget is $800 though I prefer staying in the 600-800 range for co-living situations. No pets and female roommates only unless the unit is separate from the main house.
