I am looking for a female roommate around my age (23-25) to sign a lease starting Jan 1st, 2024. The apartment is in First Hill area with amazing views of the city. It’s a 2b/1b that comes up to $1,000 each excluding utilities. The apartment has amenities such as rooftop access, gym, lounges, small cinema, and a pool table. HMU and we can tour the apartment together and see if we get along.

I’m a masters level student at Seattle U. My current lease ends in Dec 31st this year. I’m pretty outgoing, clean, organized. I get along with people well. I’d like to keep common areas and bathroom clean. I like to go out from time to time and bring my friends over from time to time. I’m still new in town so I’d like to hopefully become friends with my roommate.
