Hi! Iā€™m Tran. I was born in Vietnam, moved to Orange County at an early age, and have lived in OC ever since! I graduated from undergrad Dec ā€™22 and am looking into Masters and MBA programs. I work EST, so I am usually home from 5am-2pm, after that I spend most of my time outside doing different activities (gym, pilates, spin, comedy shows, social events, etc!)

I am looking to move to the West LA area, Culver City, Culver West, Mar Vista, and Palms. Ideally, I am looking for an apartment/condo with parking, and in-unit washer/dryer. With sharing a space, I am relatively neat with my own room and common spaces. I enjoy cooking and would love to do cooking nights with my roommates if we share similar interests! I do believe in either dividing chores or occasionally hiring a cleaner for common areas.

Iā€™m a big ambivert, an extrovert and an introvert. I love the company of friends, family, and others, but I also love taking myself on dates and spending a lot of alone time! Another thing I am looking forward to is making new friendships with my roommate(s) But there is no pressure of us becoming super duper close as well :)
