I worked as a Welding Inspector in Nondestructive testing for 22 years and am now retired so there will never be a problem of my not meeting my household bills and or rent…I do have problems with stairs so my having a upstairs Apt. Or room…I no longer have pets my self but I really love dogs and most dogs get attached to me, at my age having one again and losing it would break my heart and vice versa
