I’m looking for a private room and bathroom in the Nashville area, ideally in Bellevue or West Nashville. I’m open to teaming up with the right person to find a place together.

I always make sure to keep order for common spaces. I don’t wear shoes indoors, clean up after myself right away, and am mindful of maintaining a peaceful, comfortable living environment. You’d never have to worry about frequent guests or boyfriend sleepover situations with me. I’m respectful of privacy, easy to get along with, and am often described as a quiet, considerate and reliable housemate who pays rent on time. I also understand and respect the lifestyle of someone who works long hours, and I’m mindful of the fact that you may be operating with limited time. For example: ensuring the kitchen is available and uninterrupted when you need to quickly meal prep and get to bed before your next shift.

I’m specifically looking to live with someone who is competent, independent, self-sufficient, and proactive. I am not a good fit for anyone who needs reminders to handle basic responsibilities. I believe that shared spaces should be maintained without prompting (e.g., refilling the paper towel roll when you use the last one, taking the trash out if you notice that what you put in puts it at capacity, wiping the counter/stove after you cook, closing doors and cabinets after you use them, putting your dishes away, starting the dishwasher if what you put in causes it to be at capacity, locking the door when you leave, noticing what needs to be done and doing it). If that level of maturity, awareness and initiative doesn’t come naturally, we won’t be a good match.

I work full-time and attend school online, so I stay busy. In my free time, I enjoy going to church, gardening, reading, and exercising. I also have strong personal and professional references from former roommates and landlords.
