Val

I’m originally from Kyiv, Ukraine but have been living in the US for over 25 years. Moved to Miami from Chicago three years ago. Lived in Artech, Aventura for two years until the owner raised the rent by 75% and then put the unit on the market. I still have family, wife and daughter, in Kyiv. I need a place to stay for 6 months until I’m going back to Kyiv to bring my family back to Miami. I don’t drink, don’t smoke, work a lot on my IT business, and trying to save some money before locking myself into the 12-month lease. I have my own furniture, so I can bring everything with me.
