I’ve been a tenant, a landlord, a roommate, and have also previously lived alone before. With that being said , I have learned that communication is key from start to finish. I’m extremely clean and organized. I do prefer to keep to myself, but am open to building new friendships. I have no problem on respecting quiet hours. Will rarely ever have the need for overnight guests.

On my downtime I enjoy making wooden crafts, puzzles, and podcasts. Don’t have pets but do have a love for dogs. I’m a Christian, it be great if you are too, still amazing if not! Don’t smoke, don’t drink, not really into the party scene.

I’m hoping to move somewhere around the heights, galleria, or closer to the medical center in general (within the loop or 15 minute radius) for an easy commute to daily doctor appointments.

first floor or elevator access is a must ♿. I am okay with pets, but do have multiple chemical sensitivity & food allergies, so I do need accommodations for a roommate who is willing to use clean eco friendly natural alternatives to clean the home (essentially means no harsh chemicals/toxins) & respectful of food allergies. Which is healthy for pets & the environment too!

Educational background - received my bachelor’s in human development & family sciences 2018 from UNT.

Prefer to room with one female but am open to the ideal of couples or coed household. I ask for a private room & bathroom.
