Looking for a low cost living situation as I transition to being on my own. I’m a professional, quiet, and peaceful guy. Just trying to put other ppl’s needs before my own. I work multiple jobs, am very active and will rarely be in the room. Just need a place to sleep / shower. It’s a matter of pride for me to be a good roommate to folks I’ve lived with over the years so you will not have any drama from me.

Zero problems passing a background check. I have a cat but she does not have to make the move with me if the situation doesn’t allow it. Looking to rent for at least a year until I can get my own place. Lease or monthly does not matter to me.
