I have more paystubs if needed and references that I can provide, one of them being my manager, to validate that I am growing in prospering in my area of business. as I did just receive a raise from 17.50 to 19.00 hourly w a consistent 40 hours + and a weekly pay.

if sharing about me helps a lil, as you know my name is jaqwan, i am 24 and very confident and very humble. I am a cook/ chef w high experience. I take big interest in learning new ideas places people and things. I’m well organized, very friendly, and also good at reading the room. I have recently enrolled in online school funded by my job, as I continue to grow into a permanent manager, I’m familiar w the area and the home looks great for a start. As it will be my first time leasing.. hopefully we can proceed together.
