Hi I’m a very quiet and clean person who’s focused in living life and work are my principles. I do not make any noises to be respectful with other occupants I currently work as a sushi chef in East Vancouver. Travel every week to Oregon to visit family so will be at the house 5 days a week I am a single man working two jobs, I’ve been living on my own (renting a room ) for about three years. Before that mom was living with me but she stayed in Oregon and I decided to come back to Vancouver where I grew up. I don’t drink nor smoke I don’t have any pets I am very quiet and don’t watch tv very often and if I do I keep low volume. I don’t play video games.
