I have a full time job as a maintenance technician with over 40+ hours a week averaging about 3,000 dollars a month of income, I never leave my room, I spend my spare time gaming/streaming. Im neat and organized outside of my room, Kitchen, bathroom etc. I don’t have any pets or any children. I’m very friendly and open to becoming friends and not just roommates :) I moved to California on my own from Missouri and quickly realized it’s hard to live on your own out here lol, anyways I have roomate experience already and will respect any rules and boundaries.
