Active 50+ woman seeking room + private bath. Must include utilities, house privileges, and laundry facility . The room can be either furnished or unfurnished. I do not smoke or do any type of drugs. I am an active 50+ female with no pets or children. I have a boyfriend who has his own hone but would be visiting. I am friendly, quite, clean, respectful and I am hoping to find basically the same in a roommate/roommates. I am looking for a room near Foothill Ranch as my boyfriend lives there.
