Brooklyn

Lease end date is coming up and I need to find a new place, would prefer a roommate to save on costs. I own a washer and dryer I’ll bring with me, just need a hookup for them. If you can pay rent and clean up after yourself we’re good (don’t leave out food… especially milk……) I do sing and can be loud, but I do my best to soundproof my space and will respect quiet hours. I do have a fairly large computer setup and would prefer a bigger room so I can fit my desk and bed without having to squeeze too much. I am fine with pets, I don’t drink but don’t care if you do. I have to be out by November 30 but can move before then
