I am quiet, very rarely have guests, and tend to keep my things in my own space. I cook sometimes, but don’t leave dishes out overnight. I don’t mind if others are loud/have parties/etc, as long as there are reasonable boundaries and I have a personal space I can retreat to. I don’t mind smokers or pets (and I love cats), although I would prefer not to live with a large dog.
