I am 18 years old, I have never rented before so I am hoping this could give me some renters experience. I work 40hrs+ a week the only time I would be home is to sleep, I have a full time job as a nanny and when they don’t need me I am a waitress. My boyfriend is in school at Franklin College and plays soccer so he won’t be home much either. We have been together for 5 years, we are quiet and respectful and love to meet new people! We do not party often, we are both pretty busy and keep to ourselves. We are both very physically active love to go to the gym or go for a run and love animals. We are not bringing any animals with us but we would not mind if a roomie had an animal or two!
