Hey! In a rough situation where I’m being forced to leave my room I’m renting within 30 days; (states she can make more money for the room so I’m being kicked out, regardless of our agreement). Looking for someone who can be flexible with me on upfront rent/security dep, as my hands are tied after paying rent and bills.. I can put down $100-200 upfront; I do get paid daily (full-time employee), so I would be able to pay you throughout the week(s). Good for the money, will be able to pay rent in full, in timely manor, after the first month.

I’m 31, clean/tidy, clean up after myself, and more than happy to help around the house. I mostly keep to myself, bit of a hermit haha. But I’m easy going and hard working. Love getting to know new people and being part of an enjoyable atmosphere. Currently work full-time as a Residential Assistant for an assisted living facility.
