Looking for a queer share with a base rent of About me. I am a mature (56) professional, community-oriented person, who is CLEAN, quiet, drama free. Not much of a drinker. I am also a non smoker, very health conscious. I do eat meat, trying to cut down on bread. The struggle is real. I am a social worker at a non-profit (workforce development) and work in downtown SF, working with low income, formerly homeless folks. Milton, my four-legged sidekick (12 pounds) comes with me everywhere I go, including work. He’s a total charmer, a lover, the best boy ever! If it matters, he’s a registered service animal. I’ve had him for ten years. We’re both totally housetrained and we get along swimmingly with all creatures. We’ve successfully lived with other dogs, cats, birds. And just for fun, a gay commune in Palm Springs. My routine. I am currently recovering from foot surgery (9/11/23), hope to be back on my feet by early November. That said, I tend to work from 7am-3pm, working at the office 3-4 days per week, 1- 2 days from home. When I am not working, I am usually at the gym, on my bike, or relaxing. I meditate, tinker in the yard (if there’s green space available). I care about the world and all its lovely creatures. I am respectful of quiet hours - typically I am in bed by 9pm-10pm, up by 6-7am. Don’t be alarmed by my morning habits. I am really quiet in the morning. I tend to drink my coffee in bed, read the news, catch up on work emails. My workday starts around 7-8am, and then I am in my work zone until 3-4pm. I enjoy cooking, sharing meals. One thing people really like about living with me is how clean I am. I clean, tidy up on a daily basis. I actually enjoy it, find it relaxing.

Noteworthy, I am non-binary/trans (FTM) and I identify as queer. I share this detail as a point of cultural reference- find it easier to navigate life when I am open/honest about who I am.
