Hi I have a room that will be available from August through November. It’s fully furnished, and mostly everything is provided. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. She’s 22, very clean, and works a 9–5, plus there’s also a half bathroom downstairs that’s always available if needed. The house has garage parking, a washer and dryer in the garage, and a small backyard set up to enjoy. It would be me, the other roommate, and my very well-behaved Golden Retriever. Rent is $1,600/month.
