Hi everyone!

I’m an NYU senior moving back to NYC after spending the past year studying abroad, and I’m currently looking for housing for my final year of college.

I’m hoping to find roommate(s) who are respectful, clean, and value open communication. I enjoy being friendly and social with the people I live with, whether that’s occasionally hanging out together or simply sharing a comfortable, positive living environment. While I enjoy spending time with roommates, I’m also very respectful of personal space and downtime.

A little about me: I’m a Media Studies major at NYU. In my free time, I enjoy photography, fashion, biking, swimming, exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. I cook most evenings, usually simple meals for myself, and I like keeping shared spaces clean and organized. I’m also open to sharing household essentials and splitting the cost of common items.

Housing details: • Budget: Up to $1,200/month • Move-in date: June 5 • Looking in Manhattan or Brooklyn • Ideally seeking a one-year lease, but I’m flexible • I have a guarantor and can provide documentation as needed

I’m looking for a place that feels comfortable, respectful, and easygoing, and I’d love to connect with anyone who has a room available or is looking for a roommate with a similar lifestyle.
