Looking for a comfortable living situation within a short drive of my job in Chadd’s Ford Pennsylvania.

Hello, I am Derek. I am currently living in Garnet Valley and looking to stay somewhat local. I recently changed careers, and I am looking for a simple space to live while I settle into my new job and save some cash. I am super laid-back, non-judgmental, and respectful of all.

I work long days, so when I work I will generally only be around in the evenings. When I am home I like to cook, watch movies, read, exercise, and play video games.

On my days off I like to pursue a number of outdoorsy hobbies, like hiking and biking, dirtbiking, kayaking, etc. I also like to visit friends and family, go to bars and restaurants, etc. I think I strike a pretty even balance between socializing and keeping to myself, just depends on the mood.

I have no pets currently, but I love having them around. I am also very handy around the house if the need arises, and always happy to help out.
