Hello everybody! I’m looking for someone to create a bit of community together somewhere in the U-Street area (open to Logan Circle/Dupont and Shaw as well). I’d love to live on a safe block, in a place that has newer appliances, some natural light, and can store a bike. I’m open to looking for places using my familiarity with DC neighborhoods and recently acquired experience with DC rental agencies. Need either a larger room (~150 sq ft) or an open living space since I wfh most days. I can move in right away, and I’m wanting to stay around for a 6- to 12-month lease. I am a 22 year old male just having graduated college, looking for people in their young 20s (open to all genders). I am generally accepting, open-minded, and try to be communicative. I like cooking plant-based and different kinds of food. I used to DJ a little bit and want to learn more music. I love running, biking, lifting, and most kinds of exercise outdoors. I’m pretty social and want to host friends at our home but also like a night in every now and then. I like to keep common spaces pretty tidy and on the clean side. I also am open to chipping in for some cool rugs, couches, tables, and plants for common spaces as long as we’d split the cost.
