Hey, my name is Miles, I am 24 and I am currently looking for a room. My budget is in the 800 range. If you’re offering a separate entryway/bathroom that would be preferred. Usually employed full time, rent will always be paid. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easygoing. I like dogs and music and food and I smoke and that type of stuff. I want a space with like minded individuals where I can feel comfortable and not create disruption by going out at 10:30 pm or briefly using the kitchen. Don’t wanna live with judgy or mean people. I prefer living with people where we talk and are maybe friends but I do my own thing
