Hey, my name is Syreeta. I am looking to rent a room or a studio for my son. His name is Isaiah, and he is a 22 yrs. old, he is an electrical student with a part time job. He is a good kid, doesn’t party, doesn’t have lots of company, knows how to clean up, has his own furniture and transportation. He will be attending an electrical training program during his stay. The reason that I am looking for a room for Isaiah is because he is at that age where we both need our own spaces. Me as a mom with no other kids and him as a growing young man spreading his wings into independence. He loves basketball, music, movies, and video games. What would make Isaiah an awesome roomie, is the fact that he minds his business, cleans up after himself, keeps a small circle, likes to laugh, and he is focused on his goals right now. If you don’t mind rooming with a college guy as he establishes his sense of independence, feel free to reach out.
