Hi, my name is Rosalie, I am a 26-year-old creative individual looking for a cozy rental in Denver, CO starting in March. Budget is ideally around $1K and I am open to roommates! Preferably female, LGBTQIA-friendly, 420 friendly, creative, kind, clean and sociable.

I’d love to live in Congress Park or Capitol Hill or City Park (where I currently am). Needs to be close to public transit as I don’t yet have a car. But further away from Colfax. I also plan on getting a dog when I move.
