Hello! Im a quiet, clean man who can provide references for being a quality roommate! I work in TV currently but am looking at going back to school so I’m thinking about giving up my current 1br in favor of something a bit cheaper. I adore Prospect Park so I’d like to stay near there, I have a cat that is toothless, scared but not terrified of most things, and doesn’t make much noise. Elmhurst is her name and being a sweet baby angle is her game. Preferably I’d move some place she can roam but after an adjustment period, shed be fine in my room for most of the time if that’s a deal breaker.
