I’m looking to find at least a 4 bedroom / 3 bath home to share with 1 other person who doesn’t have pets. I have a large intelligent dog named Guidry and she is half black lab and half central Asian shepherd. She needs a fenced yard and I would love a place for entertaining friends sometimes or just enjoying our outdoor patio. I will also need a place that accepts one older amazing kitty.

I have a lot of beautiful furniture and hobbies so will need space for all that. I’d also love a space for my gym equipment (rower and tempo) and my infrared sauna that I’m happy to share. I also have a freeze dryer where I make gourmet freeze dried meals.

I’m open to looking anywhere from Elk Grove to Auburn. Rent should be less than $3000 a month that we would both split in half and share utilities, etc. I have washer and dryer and a fridge if needed.

I love cooking, gardening, drinking wine and all sorts of outdoor activities. I’m always heading off to the mountains to restore my soul whether it’s backpacking, glamping, paddle boarding or road-tripping.

I would prefer to find a roomie that works out of the house who is ready to start this adventure by the end of this month or sooner.
