Ex musician, ex radio DJ (dig 50s, 60s, some 70s oldies), have honorable discharge, was security supervisor (over the years). Retired and don’t commute. Mostly a homebody but can stay out of your way. {:-) Would like separate bathroom, shower. Always have income for rent. I’m a senior but get around fine, pack my own stuff in and out and take (actual) vitamins daily. Keep myself & my place clean, don’t make noise, am not nosey, mind my own business, pay my bills on time, have no “cop/court” record, no evictions, bankruptcies, no drugs (what you do is your biz), have real good credit rating and renter’s insurance w/liability and a landlady’s reference as a 15 yr responsible on-time payer. Multi documents available. Social Security covers what rent level I would choose, have ample savings account for longer-term expenses. So, you will always get your rent. Need: bed be provided (I have my own linens), at least some storage please (shelves or dresser..?) and a closet. Would like some access to the kitchen (I cook a bit, fair), access to laundry/dryer. Really Like a separate entrance IF possible so I don’t disturb you (but if not, ITS OK). Prefer off street parking. I have no pets. Move date is flexible by a week or two but need a place before summer is out. If all works out, the stay could be longer term if it also suits your plans. Portland areas listed or Vancouver.
