Ex musician, ex radio DJ (dig 50s, 60s oldies), (honorable discharge), security supervisor (over the years). Need separate BR, BA. Always have income for rent. I’m a senior but get around fine, pack my own stuff in and out and take (actual) vitamins daily. Keep myself & my place clean, don’t make noise, am not nosey, mind my own business, pay my bills on time, have no “cop/court” record, no evictions, bankruptcies, no drugs (what you do is your biz), have high credit rating and renter’s insurance w/liability and a landlady’s reference as a 15 yr responsible on-time payer. Multi documents available. Social Security covers what rent level I would choose, have ample savings account for long-term personal expenses. So, you will always get your rent. Need: bed be provided (I have my own linens), at least some storage please (shelves or dresser..?), my own bath (shower), access to the kitchen (I cook some, fair), access to laundry/dryer. Really Like separate entrance IF possible so I don’t disturb you (but if not, ok). Prefer off street parking. I have no pets. Move date is flexible by a week or two and can be sooner than “Aug 4” but need a place soon. Portland areas listed or Vancouver. Thank you.
