I’m a Welder/Fabricator in my mid 20’s working for the Navy building ships. I’m about as courteous as they stack them these days. I value your feelings and opinions about the house and how those living in it should behave.

I make almost no noise, and would be gone from 6AM to 4PM. I clean up after myself diligently. If I’m home, I’ll hangout with you and we can talk about anything within reason. If you’re into movies or shows, I am as well, and will watch with you. Also, I love to cook and if you love to eat, I share.
