28yo Brazilian grad student at UCLA. I am searching for a nice bedroom (with a private bath) to study during the week and rest during the weekends.
I am clean and fun. I like to have a nice chat and listen to music but I also like to keep quiet to recharge. I love pets and really miss my 2 dogs and cat so if you have a pet, I will absolutely love it.
I will work/study from home 1/2x a week. Although I really try to go to one party and the beach once a week - don’t worry, I never bring the party home -, I will need some peace a quiet on some weekends as I will have to stay in to keep up with grad school.
I cook a lot, so a nice kitchen is a must and a dishwasher is my American dream. I really like my privacy and sunlight as well, so windows that don’t face the interior of the building are my favorites. :)
I would LOVE to stay close to UCLA (up to 20min bus), but I am open to West LA and Santa Monica in General.
