I am looking to move out on my own for the first time. I work 6-2:30, 40 hours a week. I tend to be pretty quiet, when i get home from work i will usually just watch some tv until i make dinner. I’m not the type of person to have people over everyday, but semi-often would be okay. I do not currently have a cat, though I will be getting one end of 2024. I do smoke at night usually, smell will not be an issue. I plan to go to school part time for Liberal Arts next year. I’m pretty flexible about move in dates, the soonest i could move out would probably be sometime in november.
