I’m a woman in my late forties and currently work full-time as an educator at a nonprofit. I’ve lived in shared housing situations with other adults most of my adult life, though the past few years have lived on my own. I have a well-behaved, indoor-only 10 year old cat. I’m fairly introverted and am looking to share a quiet, peaceful home with one or two other women in my age range or older. I spend a good amount of time outside of work out in community and also value quiet time at home. I enjoy an occasional glass of wine or beer and don’t use any other substances. I keep my living spaces clean, cozy and non cluttered, and am looking for a shared living situation where everyone shares responsibility for basic household management including paying rent and bills on time, clear communication and cleaning shared spaces like kitchen, living room, and laundry room. I’m looking to share housing from 6 months to a year or longer.
