You’ll most likely rarely ever see me or notice I live there. I work most hours I am not sleeping, I do not own a/or watch television. I am friendly, quiet, clean and respectful, drug free, no criminal record. I was a Good Citizenship Award recipient by the D.A.R. and once held a top secret security clearance. The need to be renting again, I see as an unfortunate occurence; I will be doing everything possible to make it short and pleasant. I have a 5 year old dog she is house trained and well behaved. She is socialized with my ducks, geese, goats, chickens and rabbits I will keep at a second location. I prefer her to be an outdoor dog except for the hottest days in the summer or the coldest nights in the winter. My budget is strict as I will be purchasing a home as soon as possible; I estimate the time I will need to be leasing a room is 1-2 years. *I do not mind living with anyone indulging in legal recreations; what or whom you are behind closed doors is none of my business.
