Updated 4/21/24 Male. Please disregard Move In Date as Im super flexible. After much confusion about what I’m looking for, I will try to be more clear. I’m looking for either a nice room/private bathrooom.$1250 is my comfort zone. I’m also looking to team up for a shared apartment at $1500. I’m a local school district (Oxnard)(management) employee. I’m in the 12-36 months stay and, possibly 60 months. I have a 3-5 year commitment to my new job. I’m now one year in. So I’m here until I retire. I’m also gone a lot on weekends. Probably more than I’m not. I’m a very clean, organized, working professional. I’m thinking about several areas around Ventura County. Maybe even as far north as Carpentaria.
