I am quiet but very friendly. I am reliable. I own my own car. I’m a 55-year-old student teacher who is actually being paid to go through the teaching program with a stipend at UNM. I am a good listener. I’m a Christian but you don’t have to be. I study a lot and I do my student teaching for Bernalillo Elementary. Because I student teach I’ve been through two criminal background checks and passed with flying colors. I don’t drink or smoke. I have one dog, a Pomeranian. I am looking to rent from another female or married couple. I am looking for a year-long commitment with access to laundry, Wi-Fi, kitchen, and all bills paid. My daughter who is 22 would stay in the room with me unless there was another room to rent. She will only be with me until December. She has a cat. He is very clean and sweet. It would be great to be friends only. I haven’t been in this state for very long. I love children which is why I am going to teach so if you have kids that is no problem.
