Responsible and thoughtful person with a great sense of humor seeking a house share with access to entire house and yard (except bedrooms of course). I’m retired from UCSF and Genentech. I currently live at Crestview at Canyon Lakes (for the past 5 years), and my current landlord can provide an excellent reference. I’m currently on a month-to-month lease, and only need to give my landlord 30 days notice. I prefer an unfurnished bedroom. Thank you for considering me.
