I work full-time & am looking for a long-term rental arrangement. For the past 15 months, I’ve been living with my landlord in a roommate situation. She will be renting out the apartment we live in to a family, so I’m looking for other accommodations. She can verify I’ve never been late with a rental payment. I’m friendly, clean, organized, private & quiet. I’m not a partyer, drinker, smoker or vaper. I view my home as my sanctuary. I’m a considerate roommate and clean up after myself. I’ve been a homeowner in the past so I’ll respect your property as if it were my own. I’m responsible and dependable. I like to cook, read, watch movies & visit with friends (at their houses). I don’t have any pets of my own but I love animals. My projected move-in date is November 1.
